She is responsive, deals with any issues immediately and in a friendly manner. She provides an excellent level of customer service. We feel we are in good hands and that we have a voice!

We rented a property through Romans in Fleet. We found the staff to be extremely pleasant to deal with, especially Debbie. We also had dealings with Aston Busby a Senior Property Manager at Romans. Aston was also extremely pleasant to deal with, always replied to our correspondence on a timely basis and although had empathy with our situation, was thoroughly professional throughout! I cannot recommend Romans Property and Lettings department highly enough!
