As a buyer, I found Romans responsive to initial enquiries and flexible when organizing viewings. When we made an offer they (Simon (in the branch) and Catherine (move team)) were very good at answering questions, facilitating communication with the seller, and pushing the transaction through to exchange. They also both kept their cool and professionalism throughout the sometimes frustrating (to me) process. Excellent job :)
