I used Romans in Fleet to find a property to rent, they were immediately helpful in finding me a place that suited my budget and requirements. Throughout all stages of the process Nick assisted with any queries and provided such a good service it made the whole thing so much less stressful. I dealt with several members of staff throughout the process who were all polite and helpful. I would definitely use romans again after this but in particular I would like to praise Nick who helped me with so many elements of my move, even when it wasn’t related to his department.

Eleanor has a no frills approach to making things happen and on time. Eleanor kept me up to date with progress from start to finish. She is responsive, deals with any issues immediately and in a friendly manner. She provides an excellent level of customer service. We feel we are in good hands and that we have a voice!
