I have dealt with Romans for a number of years. I have had some issues in the past with lack of continuity in respect of dealing with tenancy queries and delays in response to questions. Most recently I have been liasing with Lorraine who has been the total opposite. She has responded promptly to queries and got back to me with any information I have requested in a thorough, knowledgeable and helpful manner. Lorraine is an asset to the Fleet team and I am grateful to have her as my Property Manager. 14/7/22 Just thought I would add a more recent comment to the above. Since a change in tenancy 6 months ago I have been dealing with Aston, like Lorraine she has been helpful and responded to any emails in a timely manner. Any questions have been looked into and answered as required. Thank you Aston.
