When we did find a buyer we then couldn't find a house to buy and there were some very anxious months of waiting for all concerned. This is the second time using B&W who have been absolutely brilliant. The first house was a difficult one which 2 other agents had failed to sell. Martin did an excellent job getting viewings and was supportive and so helpful throughout many difficulties complicating the sale in the background. Most recently, I dealt with Kate who has been equally efficient and helpful. Six weeks and six days after the house going on the market, I had completed and was in my new home!
