Burns & Webber Farnham are an absolute pleasure to deal with! From our initial meeting with Martin to the completion of our sale we knew we were in good hands. Kate and Martin were both extremely professional at all times but unfortunately for us the process didn’t come without its hitches as the bottom of the chain fell through twice. I was on the market with these guys having previously been using a local agent. The difference was night and day - both sets of agents were very friendly and know our town well but the level of professionalism was so much higher. It felt as if we were dealing with people in a totally different league to the other agent and they sold it only 2 weeks after coming on board even though our other agent had been marketing for over two months. Burns and Webber aren’t like the other estate agents I’ve dealt with around Farnham. They’re polite, prompt, honest and do what they say they will. This is unusual in my experience. I was particularly anxious about selling my home and as such, had a lot of questions. It was never any trouble. They sold it within 5-6 weeks and supported the whole process after sale. Laura is the stand out, just lovely to deal with at every stage but Martin, Kate, Charlie, Lou and Amelia were all lovely and helpful too. If you’re not normally too keen on dealing with estate agents, I’d give these guys a try.

We dealt with Charlie mainly during our recent property search. He was one of only a couple of agents in the area who kept in touch regularly and seemed genuinely interested and passionate about helping us. Also must give a mention to the lovely Lou who we met at a few viewings; she had the magic touch in keeping our children entertained so that we could look around uninterrupted.
