Easily the best estate agents I have ever encountered. They drive the process all the way through - they are proactive. So many other estate agents are at best responsive and at worst not responsive. In a particularly difficult chain, Lara chased all members of the chain very regularly to ensure the process was expedited as swiftly as possible. They earnt their money. I strongly recommend them.

I sent a website enquiry and was contacted literally immediately and an appointment made the next day. The following morning I had the energy survey done, a walk through video and all details and photographs taken. One day later the viewings commenced ... after 3 days of viewings, which were all hosted by Lara, I had several full price offers. Lara personally checked every offer out thoroughly establishing who had a chain and what positions everyone was in. This was all 4 days before Christmas during a pandemic. Windows and internal doors were left open and Lara sanitised every surface touched. I would not hesitate to recommend this local, family run business of 25 years to anyone hoping to sell their home. 17 years ago we bought our house from John and this month we sold our home with John & his family team. We were very happy with the communication right from the start.
