Frank at TeKoop was extremely helpful from the get go. He is savvy and has a great talent in working with clients. He supported me during the entire transaction process of finding a good property, putting the offer right up until the end of the sale. Even where the solicitors were not responding, he personally supported where he could to progress the transaction from his side. He was responsive and even went above and beyond to support me with advise and guidance during the full process. He kept myself and the seller notified and assisted in finding solutions when there were delays from the solicitors end so that the deal would not fall through. Thank you Frank for your energy, positivity and patience. I am grateful for all that you did and will definitely use the TeKoop again. 🙏

I've worked with Frank and Dave in the past and would highly recommend using these guys to help you move. My review is personal and not financially driven. I just wanted to say using older, more experienced estate agents will stand you in good stead. Frank, well, he has the patience of a saint and Dave is a good, family man, takes a cracking photo' too...keep going lads, you deserve all the success you get.....

Constant contact, 1 open day, and had multiple offers . I went out for the day and left Te Koop to do what they do best. No stress incurred due to only having viewings on 1 day. Result Sold!!

Buyers were now making decisions on property purchases through mediums such as videos, virtual tours and social media campaigns. No more is there a requirement to sit with a buyer and slide paper details across a desk to decide whether they wanted view them. It was such an old fashioned approach - not to mention a waste of paper and printing resources. From the COVID lockdowns, Frank found buyers wanted deep detail and rich video content on a property before they physically went to see it. This had such a positive impact. Viewings were now more of a match and naturally the ratio between viewings to offers increased. And that’s where the plan to start a company that could offer all of this as standard, whilst offering excellent value for money, was sparked and “TE KOOP” was born! TE KOOP are now putting buyers and property in the marketplace using the latest Customer Relationship Management software from industry leaders such as the Zoopla group and Rightmove’s wizardry. This, combined with the seasoned know-how from our staff, state of the art professional photography, professional video content and RICS approved floorplans makes a winning formula! We found we were able to pass on savings to the client by choosing to ditch the expensive high street offices approach in favour of vibrant cost effective office space away from the high street, enabling us to give an exceptional Rockstar service with exceptional value for money!
