I just wanted to say a huge thank to Nazgul for showing me the property in EH10! Out of all the viewings I’ve been to, her explanation was by far the most detailed. I truly appreciate how patient she was in answering every single one of my questions. It was such a wonderful house-hunting experience !!

I honestly can’t thank Edinburgh Letting Centre enough for their support and communication throughout my tenancy. A special mention has to go to Rheshi, who has been absolutely amazing. From the very beginning, they’ve kept me updated on every request and issue quickly and clearly, and their communication has been outstanding throughout. What’s meant the most is the kindness, patience, and understanding they’ve shown during what has been quite a difficult time for me personally. It’s rare to come across someone who is not only professional and efficient, but also genuinely compassionate and supportive. I’m incredibly grateful for all of the help and reassurance I’ve received, and I truly hope to have many more years with Edinburgh Letting Centre. Thank you again, especially to Rheshi, for going above and beyond.

Cannot recommend Te Koop Estate Agents enough. I had moved back to England at the end of last year and was finding it hard to find a property to rent for myself and my son. I must of spoken to most other agents locally before finding Te Koop so I can honestly say they are by far the best to deal with in every way. Frank was so knowlegable and helpful that I was through referencing and into the property unbelievably quickly. He has been so easy to deal with and has made what was a difficult to navigate process with other agents absolutely seemless and easy to understand in every way.

We have been very impressed with Tekoop, especially after using other agents in the area. By comparison, Frank always has the personal touch and you feel that your experience and outcomes really matter to them. All staff are professional and friendly and communications are excellent.
