As a first time landlord I found the ELC very easy to deal with. Initial contact and advice was friendly and professional. So far their arrangements for locating a suitable tenant and setting up the tenancy have run smoothly. Their fees have been as agreed and accounting procedures are straightforward, timeous and transparent. Very pleased with the arrangements thus far.

After 23 Years in the industry our owner and founder Frank Cooper decided that, during the pandemic, it was time to diversify as the industry had changed.
