Karen at ELC was great! She dealt with a potential repair issue which involved a leak. Plumber was on site within 1 hour and my query was responded to within 10 mins of logging. Thanks Karen, great customer service!

Great help from Karen she is very polite and gets the jobs sorted quickly always a pleasure to talk to makes you feel at ease. But l can't say the same for some of the tradesmen.
