Outstanding performance by Frank Cooper of T Koop in selling our property in Farnborough as a major part of a deceased estate. The initial bid for the work was accompanied by some really focused and helpful market data and a clear strategy for an effective sale. The presentation of the property was first class and produced very quickly, enabling an open day which produced over 30 interested parties, followed by 8 offers which were all researched thoroughly before presentation to us for a final decision as to which should be accepted. A small downward chain was involved and things seemed to be proceeding satisfactorily until the down chain buyer pulled out. This happened twice. Frank was very active with our buyers and, eventually, was appointed to sell their property in Basingstoke. Again, T Koop swung into action and, within 5 days had marketed the property through an open day - 2 days later there was an acceptable (to our buyers) offer from a first time buyer with a firm mortgage offer and a large deposit, wanting to complete the purchase within 2 months. We were delighted that this timescale was met and our chain completed successfully. Throughout this process Frank Cooper kept us informed and involved at all crucial times, providing helpful and knowledgeable advice and support. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with the service and help we received and cannot speak too highly of T Koop and Frank.
