I have had an excellent experience as a tenant in a property managed by Umega. First, they have fixed and addressed any issues very quickly. From small things like door handles not functioning ideally, to big issues, our building had a problem with plumbing due to a tree setting it's roots down the plumbing system. Every time, Umega quickly sorted it out, even in this larger plumbing issue which meant liaising with other flat owners and the landlord of our flat. Finally, they are lovely to deal with in person, friendly and polite. Simply my favourite letting agency in Edinburgh.
