I've had a very positive experience with Umega so far as a tenant - they are usually responsive and quick to schedule resolving issues with maintenance. I rencently had a general inspection with Lydia Keogh who was friendly and professional - all my comments were noted and I felt at ease with the whole process.

As a landlord, we get excellent service from Umega. They have proactively addressed a number of maintenance issues in our flat.
