I recently moved to UK and went on to search for rented house. Send many queries to many letting agencies. Most of these responded in many days. Umega were quick to respond and I could secure a rented house within two week of viewing. They were quick to respond to emails and were easily accessible over phone. They explained every step in good details. Post rent service also seems to be good so far.

I've been renting with Umega for around five years now and couldn't be happier! This was my first solo flat and the staff as a whole from the agency based to the outside contract workers, could not have been nicer or more helpful! They're always so pleasant and go above and beyond to quickly sort any issues that arise - I would throughly recommend Umega and when the day arises I need something larger than my lovely wee one bedroom (I say wee, it's massive and was the first place I've ever moved and didn't need to clean beforehand!) I'll hopefully continue with them to my next home! They really do make you feel you're in your home and not just renting a faceless flat! Definite full five stars and if there was a ten option, I'd be giving it!

Renting from Umega has been a pleasure. When you phone, you speak to employees who really want to help you. Any minor faults with the flat (e.g. Bulbs in light fixtures gone out) were resolved with very quickly by the contractors. We dealt with Jacqueline on move in and then Kieran and Steve throughout our stay in the property. They were all extremely helpful and also very friendly.
