5 years ago Umega assisted us in letting out our apartment and following that managed the tenancy for us. We just had a change of tenant and are very pleased with the way Umega handled all aspects from clearing and cleaning up after the previous tenant left, did the necessary repairs then handed over to their letting department to secure new tenant for us. The letting department immediately set to work and got us new tenant in less than a month. All paperwork were done quickly before handing back to their property management team to resume managing our new tenancy. We are very happy with Umega’s professionalism and speed at getting things done and highly recommend them to anyone who are looking for someone to manage their properties. Editing yet again in April 2021... well done to all the Umega people for getting their tenants, landlords and properties through the lockdown. Recently went through the Letting’s process with Umega and are due to move in on the 9th. Can honestly say it was the smoothest process I have ever experienced with an agency. From the point we views the property to signing the lease it was less than a week and the team were super responsive. A massive thank you to Alison in particular for all of her help.

I could have contact with around 5 Letting companies and I can tell you that Umega is one of the best. They answer you, they do negotiation. I really recommend. I never had a issue in a property to know how they will answer, but I believe they will try to do everything to support the tenant.
