Recently went through the Letting’s process with Umega and are due to move in on the 9th. Can honestly say it was the smoothest process I have ever experienced with an agency. From the point we views the property to signing the lease it was less than a week and the team were super responsive. A massive thank you to Alison in particular for all of her help.

I could have contact with around 5 Letting companies and I can tell you that Umega is one of the best. They answer you, they do negotiation. I really recommend. I never had a issue in a property to know how they will answer, but I believe they will try to do everything to support the tenant.

Finding a suitable property in Edinburgh was rather difficult, but thanks to the team at Umega, particularly staff members Alison and Rebecca I was able to find a fantastic flat in an ideal location. Both memebers of the Umega team were extremely helpful in finding and securing the property as they were able to answer all my questions and made the entire process rather simple. I would highly recommend Umega, Gemma found us the perfect new flat to rent which we love, she listened to all of the things we said we wanted and found us the perfect place and it felt like a very personal service.
