I have nothing but praise from my experience of the lettings team at Umega. From booking the initial viewing to then going through all the necessary pre tenancy checks, it took well under a week. With it all being handled online, it makes it so much more convenient to do in your own time. Special shout out to Krystian, who took the viewing of the property and guided me through the stages after. I had a fair few questions at the viewing, and he was more than gracious to take the time to answer them all and just a generally lovely agent to deal with. The rental market in Edinburgh moves at a crazy pace and can genuinely say that compared to most other agencies I've been dealt with as an individual, not just a number/target to meet.

Updating my review now I've been a tenant with Umega for nearly a year. I've been a Renter in different cities for a decade now and I haven't once come accross a company as fast and as helpful as Umega. We had a very short window to get everything done as my current tenancy end date was looming but they stepped up to help. Rapid replies, quick to adjust to my needs, and genuinely care about making sure things go well. If I could give six stars I would, the experience has been top class. Throughout our first year the team have been on top of everything, always happy and eager to help, and their systems of reporting any required help and for arranging appointments etc is simple and easy to use. Thank you team Umega, keep doing what you do the way you do it and never change 🥳 💯 Also shout out to Courtney on their team who is always swift to reply friendly on the phone and just makes sorting out house stuff pleasant and easy.
