This was our second tenant with Umega. Again, everything went very smoothly and we got a new tenant very quickly. Umega are excellent to deal with in every respect, both in times of vacancy and tenancy. They deal with everything and all we have to do is respond to emails every now and then.

I am so glad to be leasing a flat with this company. I am moving from California to Edinburgh and have bombarded them with hundreds of emails asking questions and they always answer promptly and thoroughly. They have been very helpful throughout this entire process, from the viewing to move in day and even after. It is so nice to lease with them as they make me feel very important and never feel like just another tenant.
