I had a great experience with Umega from start to finish. The viewing and securing experience was as stress free as possible and every staff member I spoke to was helpful and accommodating. However, the real star was Erin Whyte, the best property manager I have ever had! She was always quick to reply to emails and fill out forms, even helping me move flats by responding to other agencies' reference requests within a matter of hours! Erin's friendly, helpful attitude and reliability made me feel sure that I could rely on her in any event. She is a credit to Umega and I wish she could manage all of my future properties.

The Umega Team are absolutely brilliant, Erin for Relationship Management, David for Property Renovation and Maintenance, Nikki for Project Management and Emma for Renting Properties. We're moving into our new flat in a couple of weeks, and the application and moving-in process with Umega has been so easy! Emma and Rebecca have been so helpful and responsive to any questions we've had, and the whole process has been so clear and simple at every stage. My experience with Umega has been very positive right from the start. From my first discussion with them they were able to explain the various stages involved in letting my flat. Even Umega letting is the first letting agent I am using, but I am very satisfied with their service and would definitely recommend them. I have heard lot of negative rumours about letting agents but Umega did not disappointed my at all. Rebecca and Claire are always responsive, they are very professional and friendly during my tenancy process, all my queries are quickly answered and the tenancy process went smoothly. After moving in, Gemma from relationship team have quickly answered all my questions and follow up with the landlord if necessary, this is very helpful for my stay. Just rented with Umega and the process was super smooth. The tenancy team was very responsive to all issues and ensured that the transition went smoothly; especially Flora Bruce. We detected an early fault with the shower and we had the team work on it promptly. Credit to Maciej Walachowski who delivered the job professionally. Recently started renting from Umega and they’ve been an amazing company to work with. Had quite a few problems with our flat which we didn’t expect to encounter, however our contacts from Umega (mainly Erin Whyte from Upod 4) have always been very friendly and quick to respond to any of our emails and phone calls. All repairs needed have been carried out almost instantly, especially considering the current circumstances. Having seen other friends in Edinburgh have major issues with a lack of communication from other companies, I feel really lucky to have found such a great company and team of people. From the beginning when we were enquiring about the flat, Emily Hazlitt was incredibly helpful in answering all our unending questions! Definitely recommend renting from Umega 😊
