Recently started renting from Umega and they’ve been an amazing company to work with. Had quite a few problems with our flat which we didn’t expect to encounter, however our contacts from Umega (mainly Erin Whyte from Upod 4) have always been very friendly and quick to respond to any of our emails and phone calls. All repairs needed have been carried out almost instantly, especially considering the current circumstances. Having seen other friends in Edinburgh have major issues with a lack of communication from other companies, I feel really lucky to have found such a great company and team of people. From the beginning when we were enquiring about the flat, Emily Hazlitt was incredibly helpful in answering all our unending questions! Definitely recommend renting from Umega
