Flora and Lucy have both been brilliant in letting out my flat, particularly considering how things have been for the last few months. Really helpful, responsive and great at keeping me up to date. This is even more important now I’m living at the other side of the world. I would certainly recommend Umega and I look forward to continuing the relationship with tenants in situ.

Very professional and responsive service! William was our relationship manager who maintained great communication throughout our rental and answered any queries we had. I had a fantastic experience with Claire Smith when I approached Umega to let my property out. As a new landlord Claire helped to ease all of my concerns and addressed my many many questions in a professional and relatable way. Claire really did take the stress out of letting my property and always made sure she was available for me to contact her at any time should I need to throughout the day. I'd have been lost without her! Claire ensured the process was pain free and as smooth as possible. Claire made it an excellent experience for me from start to finish.

As a group of 4 students we hadn't had the easiest job finding a flat in Edinburgh until we got into contact with Umega. Lindsay was very friendly and professional, and guided us through everything we needed to do right up until moving into our flat. The application process was simple and there was always the option of contacting the team for support if needed.

Umega has been our favourite letting agent since moving to Scotland. They were responsive, professional and friendly. The introduction of the pods system meant we always had someone to contact when we needed help, and most things were quickly resolved over email. The properties Umega manage are good quality as well and the team are just as responsive after letting the property as they were during the sales stage. Umega have been a revelation for us. After a poor experience with another letting agent , we hoped that Umega could restore our faith, and they have. The difference is that they do what they say they are going to do and do it with professionalism, knowledge, courtesy, humour and diligence. They have achieved a much better rent than we were getting prior to going with them and to say I am pleased with their performance so far would be an understatement. Robert Gardiner has been especially helpful going beyond the call on several occasions and I thank them all most sincerely. A year on and all still good. We have kept our tenant through lockdown and Umega, although often short staffed in the office always have someone on hand and have kept us updated throughout with tips and help. Thanks again 10/10

My experience with Umega Lettings was for the viewing of several flats as a future tenants, in several occasions. Rebecca, Lucy and Kim were simply amazing! They were friendly, smiling, helpful, honest and reliable. Once I asked if I could come viewing earlier because I had an appointment, and Rebecca was there 10 minutes before (even if it was very early in the morning) only to help me with this. They are also very responsive to any question by e-mail and communication was very quick. Even if I do not have experience with them as a tenant, I have no doubt that they are amazing also from this point of view.
