Even Umega letting is the first letting agent I am using, but I am very satisfied with their service and would definitely recommend them. I have heard lot of negative rumours about letting agents but Umega did not disappointed my at all. Rebecca and Claire are always responsive, they are very professional and friendly during my tenancy process, all my queries are quickly answered and the tenancy process went smoothly. After moving in, Gemma from relationship team have quickly answered all my questions and follow up with the landlord if necessary, this is very helpful for my stay.
