By now I have spoken with almost the whole team at Northwood Edinburgh. I have nothing but only gratitude towards them for guiding me with my move to a new rental. This was done just in 4 working days and that wasn't rushed, all the procedures were followed from the online viewing, reserve the place, arrange in person viewing, getting the references checked, contract signed and finally a well cleaned place to enter with the problems noticed at the property being rectified. Normally we have to collect the key from the office locker or at the property, and due to certain personal circumstances I had to cancel my key collection.
