Very positive experience with ELC. Professional approach from staff who found suitable tenants very quickly and efficiently, despite the fact the flat was advertised just before Christmas. Appropriate rent suggested and all necessary financial checks carried out on the tenants and guarantors. We were matched with ideal tenants who appear to be settled and happy. Thank you ELC.
