Very positive experience with ELC. Professional approach from staff who found suitable tenants very quickly and efficiently, despite the fact the flat was advertised just before Christmas. Appropriate rent suggested and all necessary financial checks carried out on the tenants and guarantors. We were matched with ideal tenants who appear to be settled and happy. Thank you ELC.

The whole process has been fantastic from start to finish. Maintenance issues were resolved in good time and any concerns (not that there were many) were dealt with professionally and promptly. We had our property for over 4 years and don’t have a bad word to say
