She is professional, knowledgeable, and attentive throughout the process, answering all my questions with ease and providing detailed information about the property and neighborhood. She was patient, allowing me and my husband to explore the property at my own pace without any pressure, which I greatly appreciated. Herexcellent communication before and after the viewing added to the positive experience.

As a first time tenant, the process so far has been a little crazy with multiple enquiries, mostly resulting in automated replies. I then came across ELC and have had great service all round. From Sophie in the office who has answered my 101 questions to Morgan who facilitated a very useful review. In case I am not selected for the property in question then I would not hesitate discussing further options with Sophie/Morgan. Highly recommended!
