Great experience viewing a flat with Abby

I recently viewed a property with Abby and was really impressed by how knowledgeable she was—not just about the property itself, but also the local area. Her relaxed and approachable manner really helped put me at ease, which I really appreciated as someone who tends to feel anxious during viewings. Although the property wasn’t quite right for me long term, Abby took the time to highlight some other two-bedroom options the company had available, which was really helpful. Thanks again, Abby!

Had a viewing yesterday with Abby, she was so knowledgeable on the property and was happy to answer all of our questions. She made us feel so at ease during the stress of looking for a new home and took the time to show us around the property, give us information on the area, nearby schools etc. I would highly recommend elc lettings and Abby for a letting agent!
