It is true that this has been the best letting agency experience we have had in Edinburgh, a part from some emails falling through the cracks and needing to phone to get things sorted, once contact has been made a satisfyingly prompt resolution has always been given by belvoir.

I have rented a flat with Belvoir for 6 years. I've never had any issues, and maintenance requests are dealt with swiftly. I have dealt mostly with Lorraine Doig, who is a pleasure to speak with and gets things done quickly.

Good Service: Belvoir just let out a 4 bedroom flat for me. I found the staff polite, helpful and knowledgeable. As a result of their good service I gave them a second property to let out on my behalf.

Rented a flat through Belvoir for 6 months last year and didn't really have any major issues with them and the staff I dealt with were always good to talk to. Flat was clean on arrival and most of my emails were answered quickly although it take them a while to fix the tap in the kitchen which was loose. Prior to exiting the flat I was always kept well informed of when someone was coming to view the property and I got almost all of my deposit back as well which was good although the initial deposit was quite sizeable (more than one months rent). I'd be happy enough to rent through them again.

The email and booking system for this letting agency is incredibly unfair. When an appointment becomes available, the whole waitlist is emailed - no matter what time it is. So if it’s at 1am in the morning and you miss it because you’re asleep, you don’t have a chance. Andrew is on it though - in terms of contact.
