It is true that this has been the best letting agency experience we have had in Edinburgh, a part from some emails falling through the cracks and needing to phone to get things sorted, once contact has been made a satisfyingly prompt resolution has always been given by belvoir.

I have rented a flat with Belvoir for 6 years. I've never had any issues, and maintenance requests are dealt with swiftly. I have dealt mostly with Lorraine Doig, who is a pleasure to speak with and gets things done quickly.
