Been with them for eight years and cannot be more helpful or friendly.My central heating broke down in the middle of " Beast of the East" storm and couldn't believe when I phoned the helpline to actually get someone.The Property Manager, Susan, went beyond the call of duty to ensure that I got an Emergency Plumber to me.They actually care and help you when it matters.That is a sign a of a very good, professional Letting Company in my humble opinion.Highly recommend.

My wife and I got our property using Belvoir Edinburgh. We found the staff to be very friendly and helpful, issues were dealt with quickly and effectively. I recently moved out of a flat I rented with Belvoir for almost two years. Over that time, the two or three issues that arose were dealt with promptly and efficiently. Everyone I was in contact with from my property manager, John, to maintenance was helpful and professional. Check out was efficient and deposit-return processed really quickly which was greatly appreciated. I would recommend to anyone looking to rent in Edinburgh.

Absolutely brilliant service very quick, efficient and all over great. Went above and beyond not only to fix all faults but also to ensure that I wasn't out of pocket at all. Couldn't believe how quick everything was arranged and how helpful and involved the staff where in getting everything fixed/ replaced. Good job belvoir :)

Rented for over a year, really nice property. Unfortunately had to move as the landlord wanted to sell the flat. Got my deposit back in full a few weeks later. Would recommend
