I rented a flat through Belvoir for two years, it was a very positive experience. Any issues were very quickly sorted. Belvoir responded efficiently to emails/phone calls, and through the letting agency I had access to discounts from shops as well as prize draws every month, which was a novelty for me when it comes to letting agencies. In addition, they provided a web portal to report any issues with the flat, which again they responded to rapidly. All in all, my experience with Belvoir was excellent from viewing to renting and end the tenancy. I thank them for making my tenancy very stress free and enjoyable!
