We can't thank Jackson-Stops enough for what could have been a difficult and sad time for us -- the selling of our mother's house which had been part of our family life since 1968 - into as easy and straightforward a sale as possible in the circumstances. The cheerfulness, professionalism and competence of Corinne and the team smoothed our path, and we are all most grateful.

Would 100% recommend Jackson Stops in Dorking to any of our friends. They valued our house in Betchworth accurately and it sold within a week which then sadly fell through but then again within ten days. All of the staff we came into contact with were lovely. Initially we dealt with Chris Fairclough and Corinne and towards the end mainly with Nicki Perrin who was professional, always called back and so patient with all my questions - kept us calm in the stressful bits of moving house. In fact once we had moved she and our buyer both came over for tea we all got on so well! Thank you all.

Really impressed with J -S &S in Dorking .Great team ,I first met Alan King who really seemed to understand the property and made me feel he loved it as well as me! Jackson-Stops are without doubt, the best estate agents in the area and I state this based on our own house sale experience recently and also previously in the late 1990s with my father's property. Our house was under offer within 2 weeks of the board going up (JS got the price absolutely at the sweet spot) and the entire process was managed seamlessly. The regular checks by Nicki P with both parties solicitors, often with little nudges to remind of timelines, took a huge weight off our shoulders as she ensured that everyone stayed on track. All the staff were involved at some stage and the JS teamwork, good humour and professionalism meant that there was practically no stress for my family. A huge THANK YOU to all at JS Team Dorking!

I have to say after renting with other agencies in Brighton and Hove, Lawton & Dawe are outstanding in terms of good service. They are always helpful with any issue that appear in the house, and they contact the landlord and resolve the problems very quickly. They are also a pet friendly agency that makes them extra special for families with pets. I would recommend them for families that are looking for well-maintained homes.
