Martin Walker met with me quickly following my initial enquiry and was able to provide me with very good advice on the property value and best approach to presentation for sale. We were able to quickly agree terms and within a short period an energy performance certificate and floor plans were provided complete with well considered photographs and description forming the property details. Details were posted locally and on line and we had in excess of ten viewings in the first two weeks. The property was vacant but all viewings were accompanied and I was kept advised of comments. Following receipt of an offer I was able to discuss the way forward and the necessary negotiations were then undertaken on my behalf resulting in a successful sale. Overall I was very pleased with the way Martin Walker and his staff managed the sale and would not hesitate to consider them in the future.

We recently sold my Aunts bungalow with Martin Walker. It was difficult, particularly due to the long distances involved as we live 300 miles away .We felt rather vulnerable and open to being cheated. But we actually received excellent service throughout! Most importantly, we were kept regularly informed at every stage, and the people at MW bent over backwards to come up with ideas to market the place. Sadly , the sale fell through a few times. But the people at MW were straight onto the case, and quickly and efficiently got the job done.
