As a first time buyer, with few people to help me navigate the process, I would have really struggled had it not been for the amazing customer service the team at Jones Robinson provided. Throughout, they kept me upto date with regular communication and helped me to understand the process so I could make informed decisions. They were so patient and kind with my many requests to view the property during the months the sale was going through, and being the messenger between the vendor and myself without any issues.
