After other Probate valuations I had no doubt but to ask Jones Robinson to sell the family home, as I felt most comfortable with them. As a potential buyer of a house, Jones Robinson were extremely helpful during the conveyancing process. They were always pleasant to speak with and, perhaps most importantly, always available over the phone. A turbulent foray into the oft-confusing world of selling a house was made considerably more bearable for this first-timer by the guys at Jones Robinson (particular mention must go to Andrew). Communication was good throughout and when the first sale fell through at the last minute I was never left to feel all hope was lost. The team was supportive and encouraging, and I would have no hesitation in recommending Jones Robinson.

We have viewed a couple of properties through Jones Robinson with Toby Hassell showing us properties and feel confident we will find the one we want to buy using Jones Robinson. The property brochures are well produced and the Key Facts are very useful, however, more importantly the way Toby enables and supports the viewings has been first class. Whilst he may be relatively new into the property sales world he demonstrates very good customer service and his approach is excellent. To us, he is how an estate agent should operate, and having seen some of your local competitors recently is "head and shoulders" above them.

Despite him being in a chain selling and buying a new property they really did try hard to make sure everything stayed on track.
