James has great legal knowledge and was able to give us some very useful advice plus he was excellent at chasing solicitors to get our sale through as quickly as possible. He is also a really nice guy, less pushy/aggressive than other estate agents I’ve worked with! We were considering managing our own sale via an online agent but I’m so glad we went with James, he really did make things easier at a very stressful time.

Great local knowledge and found a buyer for our house within the week, at a good price, despite it being a slow time of year and there being two other properties for sale in the same road. Subsequently they helped us all the way through the sale, helping us deal with what was at times a difficult process! Michael and James in particular always went the extra mile.
