I would recommend Martin & Co, James was extremely helpful and efficient, and provided helpful information above and beyond what he needed to, even after the purchase went through. Having had experience of another local estate agent, the service I received from Martin & Co was of a far, far higher standard, and I would definitely use them if/when I come to sell.
