this was the first experience for me with Streets ahead. Natalie went out of the way to help us and was always approachable during any time of the day. She answered all my queries, and i had quite a lot of them since this was the first time i was looking out for a rental in UK. Looks like it depends who you deal with when it comes to this branch. From my experience, the only time they tried to contact me was when they they had to get rid of a very poorly maintained property which I have no idea of how they agreed to rent it in the first place. Even though they had other similar properties coming to the market, they never informed me about them and only showed me those crazy properties. On the other hand, my friend who was dealing with other guys in the same branch had a good experience. So it's a hit or miss. May be they just didn't like me

Agents have been kind but pressing and once offer was put, I had no reply for days, as they were probably waiting for a higher offer from other viewers. While I was put on hold I made other offer on a competitor's property, moved in already.
