I am hunting a property in Croydon to buy and have to deal with almost all of the estate agents in Croydon Area. Trust me, the one with outstanding and transparent services that I found in my search so far is, Streets ahead. What sets them apart from the rest is that though they have to offer value for money to Vendor as well as potential buyer still they manage to keep themselves far far away from conflict of interest. And I think I should give my full credit to their Sales team who deal with the buyers in most respectful way. Infact one of the agent that I am currently dealing with Faye Godfrey in Croydon central streets ahead branch is one of the most courteous and professional who helped us in every possible way to look property right in our budget and as per the latest spec i wanted . Just moved in to a new rental property using Streets Ahead. They was great sorting out all the paperwork, references etc. As always with rentals, there was some small issues but they have been very quick to sort these out. Would recommend anyone in the area to use these in the future
