Our journey to completing on our property has been far from easy but due to Diane's dedication, support and perseverance we have finally made it. Diane always made herself available to communicate with all parties and was constantly chasing on our behalf. Wow what can I say! All the Streets Ahead staff were helpful and friendly but Diane was assigned as our progressor and, boy, did she progress things!! She kept me fully in the loop at all times, even on her days off or first thing in the morning, she reassured me at all points, she was prompt in her responses and she delivered on her promise for exchange to happen by the end of this month. I know she was doing her job but there’s doing your job and then really going the extra mile. Diane did this...she went the extra two miles to be honest and never fobbed me off or dismissed me. What can i say "Im just the happiest person in the world. And that is because of Myles Blair for his FABULOUS Advice. During viewing time: I was worrying about my Italian bedroom set, that the flat i wen't to view with Him the bedroom was too small. So he advice me to use the secand room as dressing room. And i was like " what a fabulous idea, i think I'll take your advice,to do what you suggest and get the flat. So here I Am today.
