Diane was recommended by a close neighbour. Later we learnt she now worked for Streets Ahead. We were in a dilemma whether to re let or sell. Dominic was honest, helpful and reassuring. Having taken advice on the price we had a buyer within 24 hours! I think all parties were surprised! Faye had remembered a couple who were seeking the specifications of what we were selling.Ten weeks from advertising we have completed our sale-money now in the bank! Our solicitors were not familiar with the role of a 'sales progressor' which initially caused some confusion.
