Streets Ahead

After an expected move myself and a friend took to the net looking for potential flats. Alas we found one but upon calling to view the flat had discovered it was no longer available. Jordan asked a few questions about what we were after and was able to suggest quite quickly an alternative property. My friend went to view the flat and sent me the video, IT WAS PERFECT! Another agent Myles assisted with all the finer details and the two of them worked simultaneously to secure the deal of this property. They both thought out of the box and tailored to our every need whilst dealing with a difficult personal matter of mine with such professionalism and grace. They both exude customer service at the highest level and can be trusted to deal with a period of time that can be usually quite stressful with the upmost care. I wish I would give 6/5 because they truly went above and beyond. You both will never really understand what you’ve done for us. Thanking you both so much. You are truly an asset to Streets Ahead and I hope that you will be compensated with high regard. Myles is just truly amazing, he doesn’t even realise the difference he is making. Any action points or concerns he will always endeavour to sort out and never needs prompting. He thinks out of the box and definitely seals the deal.

One of the best agencies I’ve dealt with. My agent Myles thought outside the box when I lived too far away to view the property on a block viewing and done a video viewing for me! Zeenat Then made the rest of the process very comfortable for me. I love my new home! Thank you guys.

Superb service from George Potter. My flat was let out within days of me moving out, process was quick and easy. Highly recommended.

I had the pleasure of working with Salma Ashfaq from Streets Ahead Croydon Central. Salma was very professional and knowledgable about the area and the property market. In the past two months I had many viewings with Salma who had to arrange at short notice on many occasions; she was very prompt at responding to my additional requests about each viewed property. I have very hectic life juggling so many things at work and home all at once, so prompt and reliable service is essential for me. Thank you and regards, Inna W.

Just want to thank to Myles Blair for his professional and efficient approach. He knew exactly what I wanted and in my first viewing I had my perfect apartment. Would also like to thank Zeena for the quick turn around from viewing to moving in. She was extremely helpful and made the whole process seem effortless. I will only be using Streets Ahead from now on.

We have been having a hard time looking for a home. But now we have found. Customer service is number one and I would definitely recommend. Thanks to bradley

Very helpful/professional service from salma

Just wanted to thank the staff at Streets Ahead. Without their dedication and enthusiasm to find a buyer for my property I would have missed out on my dream home. Beware of esate agents like Lauren from Cubbit and West who charged me to have photos taken yet, lied about how many people attended my open day and still didn't manage to sell my home. A special thanks to Faye at Streets Ahead who offered a high level of professionalism, communication and transparency throughout, making the whole process much smoother, and to Ebi and Kye for their efforts. I would definetly recommend this estate agent and use them again if needed in the future.

Excellent service. Faye has a great attitude to the needs of the customer and if it wasn’t for her we would not have a superb flat. Diane was extremely focused on getting the job done and we thank them both together with Michelle for the great service.
