We had a complicated schedule of 12 properties to get round on Saturday with various agents. Faye bent over backwards to help us out, and was professional and really knowledgable of each property we saw. We've also now seen a few properties with Kai who has been fantastic to deal with and really personable.

Having worked in the property sector for many years and now as an investor I've had the pleasure and misfortune of working with a number of people from the industry. However I have never worked with anyone who has done a better job for me than Kai and I felt compelled to highlight this. My recent purchase would have fallen through on several occasions if it wasn't for his quick thinking and going above and beyond in every aspect to get the sale done. This included knocking on freeholders doors at 730am or 9pm to help gain the signatures I needed to progress the sale and managing unusual situations that meant him working with two sets of solicitors and sellers living on a boat in Greece with little or no means of communication but still the sale progressed when anyone else would have given up. I would certainly go as far to say that Kai at Streets Ahead has been the best estate agent I've ever dealt with (and there's been a lot of them). He was attentive to our requirements and needs of a house & also educated us on what's achievable in the area. I was looking for a very particular property and Faye from Streets Ahead was insightful and really helpful in finding exactly the house I was looking for.
