We recently sold our property through Streets Ahead. We were very happy with their service. Initially I dealt with Harley Perrio who was very fast to put the flat on the market for us. After which Saphire King-Harris did the follow up. I was very pleased with the customer service. Communication was excellent. Saphire was always available and continually in contact with me with updates and follow up. The buyers were very tiresome with numerous ongoing queries, however Saphire handled and sorted out all the issues. I found Saphire to be very efficient with the way she kept everyone informed and pushed things through us. Streets ahead listened to my requirements with respect to finding an investment opportunity with potential either for development uplift or to create into a multi unit investment. They quickly found me a deal quite quickly and were very supportive in helping me arrange multiple viewings and to negotiate good terms with the vendor to help us get the deal over the line. Due to the complicated nature of the transaction, the transaction took a long time to complete and we had to deal with a very difficult and non responsive freeholder, and Streets ahead, and in particular the sales progressor, a lady called Saphire King Harris, was extremely supportive, proactive, helpful and patient in dealing with the other side and their lawyers.
