Dear Rosalyn. We provided several suitable tenants which you turned down in part because they were NHS workers. We will not discriminate against NHS workers. We have completed our part of the contract in full, providing suitable tenants, we have not charged you a penny and we robustly deny any breach of contract. Your criteria are too harsh and contrary to the guidance of our regulator, The Property Ombudsman. As such we can no longer in good faith continue to act for you. If you believe we have breached the contract please take us to court. Further to your request we have offered to continue to find tenants as long as we do not penalise NHS workers.
