This is the worst estate agency I have ever dealt with. The consultant was rude and trying to belittle me on the phone after me having to chase for an update on my application rather than them getting in touch with me. Also trying to keep part of my holding deposit for “referencing costs”. I would avoid as landlord has now lost a potential tenant and has to keep the property empty longer meaning loss of income and also as a tenant the hassle is not worth it!

Sadly information that wasn't available when you first applied became apparent through the referencing process. Northwood are the landlord's of the property in question so any loss is ours to bear. Your holding deposit has been returned within 2 working days of agreeing the let would not proceed in line with the Government regulations.
