I have been privileged to have a few dealings with Catherine over the last couple of weeks as my husband and I search for a new home. Catherine has been a star; very enthusiastic, friendly, honest and open. She is so easy to relate to and makes what could be a very turbulent time a pleasant experience for us. She is quick to notify us when homes that fit our criteria become available and will also accommodate us with regards to times when we are available as we both work during the week. My experience with Lee was very positive with the purchase of the property. Lee showed the property on a few occasions. Friendly and curtious. the only point that let down was that Lee advised that the flat was being sold with the furniture, but this was not the case.

Great service! Lynsey & Layla worked hard in order to getting us the appartment we wanted in the best of delays, even if we had some bumps on the road towards getting the keys. At the end, they kept the promise and got us in! Would've liked it to be prompter, but that was bad planning between the agency/landlord. Apart from that, the work they did was great, fast and efficient!

Streets Ahead Crystal Palace have been a pleasure to deal with. Refreshingly straight forward, without any of the usual insincere 'estate agent talk'! They listened to what we were looking for and both Layla and Alex were extremely helpful, reassuring and friendly in helping us find and move into our rental property. We bought a house in Anerley, which Streets Ahead were marketing. We found out dealings with the estate agents to be fine, but they've spoilt our opinion of the company by refusing to collect their "SOLD" sign, from the front of our house. We've phoned several times and they keep fobbing us off, hoping we'll take the sign to the tip on their behalf.

We arranged a viewing with Kai Seale for a property on Woodcote Grove Road. He was rude and immature in his email correspondence and in person. At the viewing, he appeared very bored and very ill-informed about the property. There was also a peculiar form he wanted us to fill out, should we wish to make an offer that the other Streets Ahead branches do not require. My feeling was that he already had a buyer lined up but was arranging viewings as a formality. I am very surprised with the Google rating of this estate agent but on closer inspection, many of these reviews are from accounts with single reviews which appears suspicious. On the other hand, perhaps Kai Seale was having a bad week!
