Buying a home as we know it is like a roller-coaster of emotions!! This time around it was "special" - because we were so gutted at first when the purchase fell through (Seller's pulled out) BUT in came the magic lady (Gemma Fenwick) who found similar property ("same spec") in the "same cul-de-sac" and even managed to see through completion on-time!
