I selected the company on behalf of my elderly parents based upon the customer service they promised. i was not disappointed as they continued to work with my mum and dad throughout the sale process. There were difficulties along the way and both Gemma an Shiv stepped up to the mark on every occasion to ensure the sale went through. Gemma was more than estate agent, she worked closely with my mother and wanted to ensure that the sale went through seamlessly. I cannot recommend this company highly enough.

I recently sold my property through Streets Ahead. The process from marketing to sale to completion was handled extremely efficiently. My liaison person with the agent was Clare Meade who displayed pure competence. Always on top of the situation ,always accessible and always did what she said would do in the quickest time frame possible. They have my recommendation based on my experience.

My husband and I finally decided to take the plunge and started our search to find a new home in a better area to provide our children with an opportunity for attending better schools. Little did we know the trials and tribulations we would be encountering, but went in full steam ahead regardless. I must admit going from one house to another with 7/8 viewings every Saturday became a despondent experience. I must admit Streets Ahead were far the most active in providing us with details of houses that were coming on the market and even making us aware even before they were put online. We have seen wide range/variety of properties, in terms of price/location, but Streets Ahead always had a high calibre of properties to show us. After seeing a number of properties we were then able to narrow down the specific location we wanted to be in. High praise goes to Shivam Kagadada! Very professional but also very personable. He went out of his way to find out exactly what we were looking for and did do his best to find properties that fit our criteria. Even when the market seemed to slow down, Shivam made sure he kept in touch with us to see if were still looking or found anything and giving us a heads up of anything new that Streets Ahead were aware of. That added touch of extra phone calls/emails to see how things were going made Shivam stand out from, not only all the other Agencies, but also from his own colleagues at Streets Ahead branches. We have been looking for a new house since end of January and have finally found 'the one' and had our offer accepted. We couldn't be more happier. For the last few months myself and my husband have spent every waking hour trawling the internet and streets for a new house. We have registered and met every single estate agent in a 10 mile radius and I have realised that the reputation given to estate agents is not always unfounded BUT StreetAhead are the exception. Despite the fact that we did not find our dream home through them I cannot praise them enough. Extremely helpful, friendly and have been a joy to get to know. Shivam was especially helpful and made us feel at ease, making the viewing process (with toddler in tow) a lot more enjoyable than expected. I would definitely consider using them if we ever decide to move (which we will not... ever!).

I regsistered with a quite a few estate agents in my search for the 'ideal' property and Streets Ahead were by far the best. Geoff was brilliant and periodically called me to find out how my search was going and also giving me a chance to view properties that met our ever changing requirements. Although we didn't find our property through them, this was not for lack of them trying and they were the only estate agent to congratulate me on my purchase even though it wasn't with them. If I could have, I would have loved to buy my property through Streets Ahead based on their absolute professionalism.

I can't recommend Gemma from the Coulsdon branch highly enough. She listened to what we wanted from a property and found us a home in the right price range that met all our criteria. She really helped us out as first time buyers by talking us through the process in plain language and even stepped in when our sales progression person went on maternity leave and tirelessly chased our seller's solicitor to get us exchanged. We literally couldn't have done it without her.
