1 star is generous. Non existent complaints procedure, caught out lying and not interested in helping. Happy to renew a tenancy and disregard several complaints from adjacent tenants. The stress due to the consistent noise nuisance has lead to a close family member being referred to the hospital and wearing an ECG monitor at home. Her blood pressure is also sky high and the situation is making her ill, we are worried sick after moving from the area. We've got everything documented including police incident numbers and have contacted the council again. Believe me we'll make you famous if the worst happens.

My daughter’s thermostat has melted whilst shopping. Flat smells. Potential fire. Out of office is on annual leave no way of contacting emergency response or the landlord !!! I am not allowing her to stay it’s not safe. Appalled

Poor inventory of the property we rented, they choose to represent bad landlords, worst rental experience ever.
