Letting agent seemed very inexperienced and unknowledgeable. We were advised an application would be emailed immediately after viewing the property but this wasn't sent. We rang them three times asking for the application along with chasing it up via email. Being sent a form shouldn't be this difficult. Makes one think they're trying to gate-keep the property so only the tenants that they'd like to see obtain the property are able to make an application.

They don't sort out maintenence issues and never pick up the phone when you have one

Polite on the phone but promise to phone you back or email and never do. Very disappointed.

Rental : very low standard property management - incompetent and unprofessional staff. Aloof, unpleasant and unfriendly managers from the Derby branch. I had to remove all my properties from full management after an accumulation of mistakes and lies. A terrible experience and I certainly NOT recommend to anybody this branch.

Waste of time could not even bother to answer a arranged viewing. Regards Mr lake

I have removed my review now that our blown oven has been replaced over a week later. A new brushed stainless steel oven was fitted to accompany the existing white ceramic hob. Thanks.
