After poor experiences with other local estate agents I was pleasantly surprised by the great service from Matt at Martin & co Coalville. I purchased a property with minimal drama and straightforward communication with the seller via Matt, which lead to swift completion. I'm pretty sure both myself and the seller came away feeling like we both got a fair deal which is great.

We were so happy with Martin & Co in selling our old property and finding and purchasing our new one, both experiences which took just a couple of days in total! Matt was fantastic and really gave personal service, going above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. This old fashioned 'customer service' was what really made the difference in comparison with other faceless agents who let us down and we would certainly start here for future sales/purchases, as well as highly recommend them to others.

Matt came along took some wonderful pics , found loads of buyers , reassured us along the way towards our sale of the house and we succesfully sold it a few months along.
