Matt from Martin & co. (Coalville) was the second of three estate agents I invited to view, estimate and potentially sell our house. Of the three, he appeared to be most down to earth and genuine in his estimations and advice on how to proceed with the sale. Rather than asking for the usual fee of 1.5 or 2% of the sale, Matt knew our property would sell quickly and offered us a realistic sale fee lower than we had expected. Our property sold within 2 weeks and Matt's handling of the whole process was extremely efficient, friendly and unobtrusive, always keeping us up to date when necessary. I would fully recommend Matt from Martin and co. as his approach and advice on our sale was straight forward, friendly and genuine without the usual sales patter we experienced from other estate agents.

Matt at Martin & Co was brilliant! He filled us with confidence on his abilities and processes from the initial valuation and he didn't let us down.
