I've been using both the Wibsey and Cleckheaton branches of Robert Watts since 2001 both for buying and selling, and more recently the Cleckheaton branch as a tenant. I have found them to be very helpful, friendly and professional. Even when things don't go to plan as often happens with moving house, I can only praise the way they've dealt with issues on my behalf.

Hi Kate, I just wanted to give you some feedback on my experiences with your team in Cleckheaton, especially Hilary Darling. 3 years ago I bought a house to let out, then 1 year ago I rented a flat to work up here midweek when we moved our family home down south to Peterborough. Hilary has been brilliant in sorting out issues when my tenant started to give me difficulties by not paying the rent, then subsequently leaving the house with damage. She has always been there to call upon and always followed up with great communication and advice then tough action when needed, she is a credit to your team! My circumstances have now changed, so I am living in the house I bought up here, not renting anymore, but I wanted to give you some feedback that I would recommend your team to anyone letting or renting in the future.
